Dear Valued Customer,

Effective January 1, 2022, Bogen Communications, Inc. converted to a limited liability company. The new name of the company following the conversion is Bogen Communications LLC (note: no period and no comma). 

There will be no change in our general operations as a result of this conversion. You can continue to reach us as you normally do. However, there will be some changes as follows:

Effective as of January 1, 2022:

1. Please address all orders to Bogen Communications LLC
2. All payments should be payable to Bogen Communications LLC
3. Our website will continue to be available to you at: www.bogen.com
4. Our terms and conditions of sale and limited warranties will continue in effect as set forth in our website.
5. Our logos will be changed as needed after conversion
